Apple ID needs questions I never answered

So I purchased an iPhone 5s recently, but when I tried to buy music from the iTunes Store, it says it needs my security questions because it is my first purchase. The only problem is these are questions I never set up. For example, I have no idea in what city my parents met, and I've never owned a car. I can't find a way to solve this because, evidently, I didn't set up a rescue email, and when I tried to create one it told me i needed to answer my security questions. Can anyone help me get out of this? I don't want to have wasted $25.

Hi there Tee raider,

You may find the information in the article below helpful.

Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions

If you decide not to provide a rescue email address, you can't reset your security questions and answers yourself later in the event you can't remember the answers to your questions. You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.
